SwearGPT is committed to protecting your privacy while enabling radical transparency. We collect only the data necessary to reward honesty and prevent abuse of the system.

What We Collect

• Your public Solana wallet address.
• Your ChatGPT user identity (stored in hashed form).
• Any bug confession you submit via the platform.
• Confirmation that you interacted with the SwearGPT GPT inside ChatGPT.

ChatGPT Activity

When you interact with the SwearGPT custom GPT inside ChatGPT, we store a hashed, non-identifiable record of that interaction to verify eligibility for $SWEAR rewards. No conversation content or prompts are stored. This is used solely to prevent abuse (e.g. reward farming via alternate identities).

We may link your ChatGPT interaction to your wallet session on sweargpt.com to ensure tips are awarded fairly. You will be notified before this linkage occurs, and you retain full control of your ChatGPT and wallet credentials.

Data Use

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Validate and reward bug reports using the $SWEAR token.
• Prevent spam, Sybil attacks, and duplicate confessions.
• Power features like cooldown timers and leaderboard ranking.

Storage & Deletion

All data is stored securely. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Wallet-based transactions on the blockchain are immutable and not deletable, but platform-linked metadata can be removed on request.
